"It is conveniently located right at the Subway 1 train station, and there are also 4 train station and R train station nearby making it easy to get around the city. However, be aware that there are no elevators, so if you have heavy luggage, you'll need to carry it up the stairs. The room was spacious enough for 2 large suitcases, which was great. There's hot water, air conditioning with heating, and a TV where you can watch various shows including YouTube, which was a nice touch for downtime. On the downside, the pillowcases looked dirty and didn't seem properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Also, there was no bath mat provided in the shower, which made it less safe and comfortable to use."

"Hotel was clean and in a decent location. Convenient if you are going to a Broadway show as you can hop on the 2 or 3 train and be in Times Square in 15 minutes. Little things were missing, like a Do Not Disturb sign in my room. I asked the front desk for one and they never sent someone up. The next day I had to ask Housekeeping for one. Another small irritation - only 2 elevators for all 28 floors. And those 2 elevators are shared with housekeeping; it wasn't uncommon to wait 10 or more minutes for an elevator. Very inconvenient if your key card didn't work and you had to go back to the front desk. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. "

"The front desk was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. They even made every attempt to accommodate an early check-in after a long red eye. When I walked in the front dorr, I felt like I had landed home. I can't recommend the hotel more. I will be returning. "

"Location was great! They stored our luggage for us prior to our check-in time and after we checked out, so we could finish touring the area. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. The only negative things were our room was not ready at the check-in time (we had to wait 45 minutes), the small convenient store was poorly stocked and the dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it. "

"Room was clean. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet was broken and the shower was as small as a shower in an RV. The worst part was the noise from street level. We were 10 floors up but were kept awake for hours. "
