"Front desk guy nice and very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early without an extra cost. The ONLY reason why I rated the hotel a 2 is because of the motion sensor lights in our room and bathroom. We could not move within the room or go pass the bathroom without ALL the lights coming on. Super annoying!! We also noticed light switches in the most out of reach places. Two on the ceiling and one on the wall next to the AC unit. "

"The room was clean with a nice view. After a long day of walking we wanted to enjoy a drink but with the bar tender they had that night it was a no go. She had a horrible attitude. Other than that it was great. "

"For the most part, the room was clean, but the bathroom shower door did not stay shut, and there were roach or ant traps underneath the sink which suggests they may be present; although, we didn’t see any. Also, the elevator was extremely slow and sometimes didn’t come, which made walking downstairs with children and luggage a little difficult."

"Beautiful property, excellent check-in staff, bed was super comfortable! I brought my teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub, I did think the pool was going to be bigger, but the location is awesome and it is a beautiful Hyatt, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it -"
