"My stay at the Parklane Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is quiet and tidy, with everything being brand new. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are pleasant and of high quality, making my stay very comfortable.
Special attention should be given to the service: each guest is treated with care and attention. They asked me about the quality of breakfast and how my day was going, which created a cozy and homely atmosphere.

"This hotel is stylish, clean, and quiet.
The bed in the room is soft and comfortable.
ATM, a supermarket, and many restaurants are nearby.
The hotel restaurant is also good.
Room service would have been nice."

"The Ramada was fine, but it is not at the standard I would expect for a brand name. The furniture, beds, wallpaper, carpets are all run down and have a slightly stale smoke smell despite no smoking allowed in the hotel. The staff were mainly nice, but some had no interest in helping unless they were pushed. The cleaning staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful, as were the gentlemen at the door.
The breakfast was pretty poor as an offering, but it did the job of filling me up enough to...

"Hotel Uzbekistan may need a little TLC to bring it back to its original grandeur, but as it is we have no complains at all. Location is central and easy accessible from TAS airport, the Amir Temur metro station is right downstairs and it was very convenient for getting around the city. We were on the 15th floor and the room was absolutely quiet at night. The 4 roomy elevators worked fine. We had a small balcony and the room itself was larger than your average modern hotel room. The King size bed was a bit firm but comfy and the black out drapes were nice too. There was a sitting area by the entrance of the room with 2 arm chairs, a table and a lamp. Also a desk with a chair, a mini fridge with water bottles provided every day. There was also an electric kettle, cups and tea bags. There was plenty of storage, a big wardrobe and a chest drawer. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday quickly and we would find it tidied up when we were back mid afternoon. Toiletries and slippers were provided. The buffet breakfast was varied, delicious and plentiful. My vegetarian husband had many options to choose from every morning. The bar had good service and a variety of drinks at fair prices. It was very pleasant to stop by for a cold beer after doing walking tours all day. All in all, we were very happy with our stay at hotel Uzbekistan, the staff was helpful, friendly and polite. Everyone spoke really good English. We would definitely stay there again."
