"Our favorite hotel of the seven we stayed in this trip. Despite her limited English the proprietor did everything she could to be helpful. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, eggs to order huge selection of meats fruit and cheeses. We were more than pleased with our stay."

"Very pleasant and helpful staff, receptionist Peter and Tereza, very pleasant waiters and absolutely amazing food/ 3x a day if you like/. We spent 3 weeks there and will come again next year with extended family.
Very reasonable rates. Pension is located in quiet neigbourhood. "

"Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da wir nach den Stadtbesichtigungen von Pilsen, Karlsbad und Prag Abends den Wellnessbereich nutzen wollten. Bei Ankunft schon die Ernüchterung, Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs gegen Voranmeldung. Bei der Beschreibung in Expedia war nur die Wellnessbehandlung (sprich hierunter fallen normal Massagen etc) angesprochen, was ja üblich ist. Weder an der Rezeption noch die versandte E-Mail brachte Erfolg, dass sich das Hotel dem Problem annahm. Dann...

"We stayed overnight on our way from Frankfurt to Prague. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean amd comfortable. Breakfast was great. The biggest surprise was the small ice machine on our floor. We stayed in 4 different hotels around eastern europe on this trip and nowhere else had that feature."

It is now tired and in a sorry condition.
Everything you need is there but the facilities are from the 1970's at best.

"This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great restaurant. Perhaps the best part was the
considerate attention of the owner and the receptionist, Viktoria. They were so nice,
making this a memorable experience. There are a lot of steps, but we were helped with
our bags. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the only downside was that the cellar
part of the restaurant was closed for the summer. We were taken down to see it,
though, and it is really fabulous. Breakfast is included and eggs were made to order,
besides other options. I wish we had planned for more time in Pilsen and if we make it
back, we would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel."
