Hotels near Museum of Sopot

"We stayed at Hotel Testa for 5 nights recently. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful as were all of the staff members we encountered. The hotel is fairly new and has a lovely feel to it. It is designed in a’ minimalist’ style, but because it is small it is also very intimate. We had breakfast included and this was a buffet with the option of cooked food as well. You could order additional cooked items and these were always fresh and hot. Omelettes, bacon with fried eggs etc. Our room was on the top floor (3rd) and it was very light and airy with a sofa as well. The balcony looks out into the garden and there are large trees which are at the balcony level. Lovely outlook and the trees were magnificent. Very peaceful. The hotel is close to the beach. Just a few minutes walk (less than 100ms)and the hotel is very secure as it is in a private road which has a gated access to the beach. Bikes and deckchairs etc are available to borrow/hire. We didn’t use the spa as we were with family who were staying at other locations in Sopot so were out and about most of the day. Beach is very nice, but gets busy at weekends and during the summer. As you go out onto the beach you are on a beachfront promenade which stretches all the way along the seafront with an adjacent cycle path. Loads of local restaurants and amenities. You can even cycle into the centre of Gdansk which is only 13km away (45mins). All in all a lovely spring break. We will return next year for a wedding. "

"The apartment was ok. But the building and surrounding area were very poor and damaged. The staircase was dangerous, I had to be careful not to break my foot and ankle. Located close to center, 15 minutes walk. Sopot is beautiful, interesting and full of activities. That's why I am satisfied. I had a good time there. Next year I will come back and find a new accomodation "
