"Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable. "

"Wonderful stay. Parking is a little difficult. You must find a place outside the walled city to park, which will be free. This can be difficult in certain times of day. Late afternoon seemed best. The hotel does offer a garage with a bit of a walk for a fee. "
