"Room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stains on the sheets, old musty "decorative" pillows were stained and stunk, bathroom wasn't cleaned properly so still hair from previous people. Only one person doimg everything so waited almost 10 minutes at the desk to check out a day early (had already paid for both nights so lost my money on the second night but better than staying another night at this property. "

"I already file a complain about my terrible check in and the issue I had. They finish my bad experience when I checked out. I already asked for the Air port transportation on Friday and I confirmed the time and car size. I changed the time yesterday night after suffering to get the front desk understand my request and she finally confirmed. I confirmed the time and the car size this morning. Today at 11:30am when I’d didn’t see my car I checked with the front desk and they said the car is waiting for you. I said there is no SUV. They said the car is smallest sedan available Toyota Prius.
I refused the service as this is not what I request. I still insist that I need at least one night refund for all the issues I had with this hotel.
They can contact me if they want or Expedia should get me the refund."

"Alt hotels are typically really good. Lobby area and amenities were good. Being attached to the the airport for an early morning flight was the big selling feature.
Having said that, this was not my best stay in an Alt. Room had a mild whiff of BO and just felt stale. Room temperature was set at 24 degrees. For people that keep their home at 19-20, it felt so hot. I tried to turn it down. Five hours later it had only dropped by half a degree, so sleep wasn’t great. Otherwise, fine."
