"The property is unsafe no escape room incase of fire. The elevator broke down and we couldn’t get out for several hours… management didn’t pay for power and we had no power or gas for several hours. The manager doesn’t seem to care to communicate with clients to check if all is well. I never saw the manager and she only texted me the code to get into the apartment. The manager’s name is Sharon and in my view she shouldn’t be working with clients because she is rude and unprofessional "
