My room was basic, but had all essentials (comfortable bed and en suite bath) and a lovely Mountain View. Good breakfast included in price. Innsbruck card also included which provided free train and bus transportation into the city. Staff all were friendly and helpful. It was a great value. "

"Location is amazing, parking garage is right across the street. Innsbruck however has lot of construction going on with several streets closed to traffic and so to get to the parking garage... took forever. This was not the hotel's fault just how things are. They were very helpful with advise on where to eat etc. Room was very comfortable."

"I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet.
I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large!
All the staff were helpful and my very limited German was not put to the test as they spoke very good English.
