"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that. The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which...

"Bei unseren Buchung via Expedia waren die Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Als wir kamen in den Camping mussten wir das anfragen, sie sagten kosten 5Eur pro Handtuch, wir haben dann unsonst bekommen da in der Buchung geschrieben war. Auch sollten wir 5Eur pro Tag Parking bezahlen, wenn für jede Mobilehome ein Stellplatz ist. Da nachsaison war, haben sie uns nicht kassiert. Auch haben angeboten bis 22 Uhr zu bleiben am check out Tag. Die Küche hatte keinen Schwam, Spühlmittel, Geschirrtücher....

"We stayed for 1 night. Spacious apartment with basic furniture and basic service. Parking on site. Location is premium; literally on the pedestrian street, few minutes from the beach. We arrived at 18:00. The employee had left the reception. After 1 hour and many calls, the owner was informed and she kindly came to check us in. I do recommend it, but I will not stay here again because of the poor service. "

"Der Service war sehr entgegenkommend und hatte stets die Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut versorgt gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum in Bezug zur Zugänglichkeit zum Meer und zur Lagune. Die Ausstattung ist ohne Mängel und stets voll funktionsfähig. Ich kann das aber nur für die unsriege Unterkunft sagen, da wir keine Einsicht in andere Unterkünfte hatten. Si wie es aber scheint, waren alle anderen Gäste auch zufrieden. Danke "

"The accommodations were poor. It was very small, the beds were not comfortable, they did not provide enough bed linens for all the beds, and there was a bag of dirty towels left behind and no clean towels. The WiFi connection was poor and kept disconnecting. The aqua center was the best part but the accommodations were terrible"
