We had a wonderful honeymoon in this sophisticatedly designed hotel, with a balcony overlooking the windmills, the harbor, and Mykonos City. The sparkling wine and other hospitality were amazing. We hope to return to this wonderful hotel someday.

This is my second time at the Myconian Kyma and we loved our stay! The staff members were very polite, welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff worked very hard at the breakfast to make sure it was enjoyable. Try the pancakes! The pool and views are beautiful. By the way, I went to many restaurants during my 8-day stay, and NOA restaurant has the best Greek salad! See you next year!

Pleasant stay

Lovely stay at Myconian Kyma. The staff is so lovely and well trained, what makes your stay feel completely pleasant in this regard. They offer car rental services and concierge is always wiling to help. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the common areas are well taken care of. Breakfast was included and was a nice standard continental. We booked the room with private pool, the downsides were that (1) the pool is not heated and the salt water filling it was very cold; (2) the rooms with pool are very close to each other and there is no privacy, you can see all your neighbours in their pools/external areas; (3) the room interior is pretty much standard and simple, no wow factor, so don't expect something magnificent just because you are paying a higher rate for the private pool. I would recommend as the overall experience was really good and there are not so many good options close to Mykonos town that provide as much as Kyma.

Great overall experience at this hotel. We arrived early morning and a shuttle was already waiting for us at the airport. Once we arrived at the hotel, Eleftheria at the front desk was waiting to greet us and show the property around and recommend activities. Nikos was also really helpful with great customer service from both of them at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious and you need to try the local orange juice which was so tasty. Evangelia at the restaurant was really great at assisting us for breakfast and always has a smile on her face. She always kept our orange juice filled. Restaurant manager was also very helpful while working together with his staff to provide excellent customer service. This hotel is highly recommended and a short walk to old town. This is why they are considered a 5 star hotel because all staff goes over and beyond to provide the best customer service they can for the guests. I will return here next time when I visit in Mykonos. Thank you for the wonderful experience to all the grateful staff at Mykonos Kyma Hotel!

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon and her birthday in Mykonos and chose to stay at Myconian Kyma. All Myconian properties are connected to each other and guarded by a gate and security guard. We rented a car and found that the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. There is also free parking onsite. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted in the parking lot at our car. The staff handled our luggage direct from our car and another staff member proceeded to take us to the lobby and give a tour of the main areas while we were awaiting to check in. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room! We went to our room and found a special welcome amenity. The room was clean, spacious, and had two terraces including a jacuzzi! Expect luxury with nice towels, multiple robes, slippers, and super comfortable bed and pillows. The service at the hotel is the best I’ve ever received. I travel frequently including 5 star hotels and Kyma doesn’t disappoint. Check in was smooth and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Kyma has a delicious breakfast with many options including prosecco. The staff at breakfast and the pool are also very accommodating and friendly. There was never a request that they couldn’t help with. Maria at the concierge was an angel. She helped arranged many things for our trip including a celebration for my wife’s birthday. She made our visit memorable and I want to personally thank her for her efforts. I highly recommend Kyma.

The property is kept pretty well and the staff is very nice and helpful .The problem is with the hotel location and the transfer options for their guests. Although the hotel is at walkable distance to Chora ( fabrica square) about 10-15 mins down and up a steep hill , the road has no sidewalk or lighting at night. It can be dangerous to walk down this road because of the fast passing cars and again no sidewalk. You have to walk in a straight line one infront of the other and be on high alert to avoid any collisions, plus who wants to go dinner all dressed up and have to go through all this. Where is the luxury??! The staff is very aware of this as they recommend against walking this road but yet the hotel provides no shuttle to transport their guests into town. Instead they reffer you to a third party transfer company who will charge you 25-30 euros for a 5 min drive and who you might have to wait up to an hour. With all the money we pay for this 5 star property the least they can do is accommodate and keep their guests safe by providing a shuttle that runs every 30-hour from hotel / pick up location like some other countries do. Also if you have a late arrival or departure flight the “free shuttle” will have a charge or 10 euros per person. Definitely won’t be staying here again, better off finding a hotel inside town or at a beach resort.
