We stayed for 12 nights and found the hotel lovely and clean. Our room was spacious although no view as such. It was comfortable but beds very hard Staff very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Food was excellent although restaurant very busy. Drinks expensive. Good pool. Recommend highly

My only gripe is that the drink situation in the buffet area. You have to find a server to get you a Pepsi. They have drink machines but keep them covered. Why? The food is self-service.

Perfect verzorgd op alle punten. Ruim aanbod aan eten op verschillende plaatsen. Eten is gevarieerd en vers, buffeten uitgebreid. Hotel personeel is super vriendelijk en attent. Heel verzorgde zwembaden en terrassen. Kamers zijn onberispelijk net als alle andere ruimten binnen het hotel. Heel rustige en top verzorgde omgeving binnen het domein, prachtig privé strand, … hier voelt de vakantieganger zich de koning te rijk. Top aanrader! Hier kom je zeker nog terug!

Wie beschrieben aif der Homepage! Sehr schöne grosse hotelanlage! Sehr schöne strände! Essen alles was man sich wünscht, allerdings aufgrund der allinclusive möglichkeit leidet teils die qualität sehr stark! Auto ist vorraussetzung da schon längere distanzen zum flughafen aber auch in die nächste stadt es dauert

Verblijf 11 dagen. 2 Kamers/badkamer werd absoluut niet 4 ster waardig schoongemaakt op dweilen na. We zaten als laatste in de gang van 20 kamer. Er was 1 mevrouw die alle 20 kamers in 8 uur moest schoonmaken. Zie het meer als verkeerd beleid dat dit niet goed gebeurde. De werkster werkte superhard. De manager van het hotel liep vaak rond zonder werk mee te verzetten. Het personeel daarentegen werkte superhard maar geen dienbladen waardoor vele malen lopen.. duurde langer. Zoveel eten en zon uitgebreid buffet dat het eigenlijk beschamend was gelet op het dagelijkse overschot aan voedsel. Op zich allemaal lekker van smaak en de toetjes leken van een partisserie afkomstig. Geen informatie voor toeristen, moesten we zelf googelen. Enkel informatie via aanbod agent reisorganisatie. Verder schoon, net en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk hotel.

Great stay in a great place with a great staff. Thanks to the staff of the hotel, kind and attentive, for a pleasant stay. All precautions against the Covid are taken. Would definitely come back, especially for Dimitra's greec coffee in the morning in the main restaurant.

Hotel avec de superbes installations ( chambres, environnement intérieur sauf plages). Par contre, procédures d'organisations générales à revoir, impose le bon de réservation imprimé(jamais vu cela dans d' autres hôtels, en plus ayant déjà payé la réservation, l'application mobile ne servant donc à rien, demande une inscription pour les repas qui ne sert à rien puisque tout le monde s'y rend à n'importe quelle heure! Procédure commande boisson nulle, demande du numéro de chambre sans vérification, résultat vous avez une facturation avec des boissons qui ne vous appartiennent pas! Horaires de piscine inadaptés ( 10H00 à 18H00) alors que le soleil est présent et que des clients se trouvent encore sur les transats! Plages environnantes pas terribles et semble t'il transat à payer. Voiture impérative.

The Entertainment Crew was amazing and very entertaining and funny. Food was good. Massage was great. I expected more though out of a 5 star property. Out bathtub took forever to drain and filled with water quickly. The glass partition in the tub was not sealed at the bottom and water leaked everywhere and soaked the floor. The toilet was broken. Also, I have never stayed at any hotel or resort that did not provide an iron for guests to press their clothes. When you travel, everything gets wrinkled and requires pressing. They did not even have irons to borrow. They expected you to pay €4.50 to have housekeeping press each item for you and to make matters worse, you couldn’t get the items back until the next day. When I complained about it, the response from the woman at reception was that there’s nothing they could do for me. That’s the way Iberostar runs things. Not very accommodating and quite rude. Most of the staff were friendly including the Entertainment Crew, Bartenders, Housekeeper and restaurant staff. Most of the front desk staff were friendly but there were a couple of them that were unfriendly and sometimes rude. Also, there was nothing around this resort and taxis were very expensive to get anywhere. A car rental is definitely a must. I would not stay at this resort again but rather would stay right in Rethymno near the port and beaches.

Magical couples holiday

We absolutely loved our holiday at this fabulous hotel. The service was impeccable. I particularly loved the pilates and yoga class first thing, the swim up bar and sundowners on the stunning terrace bar. Definitely hope to return! We came for a couples break without our children. The children's entertainment schedule looked good, and all the children were well behaved.

c est un belle hôtel mais mal exploité par rapport a tout les voyages que l on a pu faire.eau de mer dans la piscine désagréable.les gens laissent traîner des gobelets partout sur le sol autour des piscines pas ramassé plusieurs jours après..les gens fument dans la piscine,se baignent en short et tee shirt .très peu de choix le midi pour manger car beaucoup de gens en demi pension.limite quand on est en tout inclus.toujours a nous demander notre numéro de chambre alors que l on a un bracelet pour le tout inclus.spectacle dans l hôtel a cote mais obligé de payer ses consommations alors q uon a payé pour le tout inclus.plus jamais nous partirons avec iberostar

L'équipe du service animation était très bien. Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute des clients. J'ai eu un problème de climatisation qui a été résolu rapidement. Le complexe est très grand (Il y a en fait 2 hôtels de la même enseigne faisant partie de ce complexe) et bien aménagé avec différentes petites criques donnant sur la mer.

Tout ou presque nous a plus, mais ce qui est déplaisant, c'est que l'on nous pousse à la consommation dans tous les domaines. Exemple pour le vin, pas de pichet ou de demi bouteille, pas de demi bouteille d'eau gazeuse, mais des 1/4, donc bien + cheres, ce ne sont que quelques exemples. Dommage, sinon l'Etablissement était très sympa.

Abbiamo prenotato al Iberostar Creta Marine, tre giorni prima della partenza siamo stati avvisati che chiudevano l'albergo per l'inverno e ci spostavano al Iberostar Creta Panorama e mare. Noi preferiamo strutture di dimensioni più piccole, il Panorama e Mare è enorme, affollato e molto rumoroso! Il buffet è sempre ben fornito ma la qualità è deludente e ripetitiva. La struttura è pulita e i giardini sono ben tenuti. Cosa rara negli alberghi, il Wi-fi funziona benissimo ovunque! Ci sono sdraio gratuite un pò ovunque nei giardini e attorno alle piscine mentre sulle spiagge dell'albergo sono a pagamento. Far pagare 4 euro a sdraio sulla spiaggia dell'albergo è un pò da poveretti...
