Our stay was Great & we enjoyed ourselves swimming & all. The maids were nice also & we asked them for more towels & tissue. They sure gave us what we meeded. We were very pleased.

Older property but has been updated to a degree. The beds were very comfortable. That was a big bonus in my book. They did not have a hair dryer however. Which I have seen in every hotel I've ever stayed at. But but the little kitchen area was very nice.

The hotel is very run down not well kept at all elevators were very sketchy I had to call several times a day to try to get house keeping for towels and garbage. All furniture was extremely old and some broken. Not a very clean place.

I went through hotels.com to book my room and was shown the room I would be receiving and all the amenities. They ended up giving us a room that in the old building of the boardwalk hotel which looked like something out of a crime movie, complete with drunks and drug deals. When asked about why were not given the room in the new building we were told that it was due to going through a 3rd party which is not true. The elevator was a death trap and the whole place should have been condemned

I was not in the Main Tower, but the building to the left...this is what I found... Upon checking in on Sunday...the 2 Jacuzzis di Not work My Room...Disgusting !!! Slidin door stuck TV Remote did not work Bathroom floor was full of Cigarette Burn marks The Box Spring was Filthy The Furniture falling apart The AC made a loud noise Kitchen Stove burner did Not work Elevators were slow and very Loud and 2 guys got stuck while I was there. Next...Roaches (Not Palmetto Bugs) crawling on floor Carpet was Dirty... Went to Office and was told that Hotel was full..they finally moved me to another Room on Tuesday. The Outside was nice..but overall....Disgusting.

I checked in on a Sunday. Spoke to the young man at the desk about checking out a day early. He said he can't do it but the manager can. She'll be in Monday morning. I went back the next day in the early afternoon and she was already gone for the day. I mentioned wanting to check out a day early and they said come back the next day. So i did the same thing and got the same results. On Wednesday morning I was packing up my car and a couple stopped and asked me how my room was. We ended up chatting for about 10 minutes over the deplorable beds and beat up rooms. I told him I stayed in a Marriott down the street. He was heading to a Holiday Inn. We both went over to building where the front desk is. He politely let me go before him. I told the woman at the desk my situation with all the details. That is when they tell me I have to go through Expedia to ask for a refund and then the hotel can refund my 1 day. She did pop her head in the office to speak to someone and then told me yeah because I booked through a 3rd party I have to talk to Expedia first. Fast forward to Friday. I get online and get a hold of a rep for Expedia who call the hotel. They said they had no record of me mentioning anything about checking out early. Nor did they take any blame for the terribly uncomfortable beds that we only slept in 1 of the 4 nights. Expedia tried their best but the hotel refused. I was also given about 6k in points for my next hotel NOT BBR.

Think twice before staying here.

We paid over $700.00 for a 5 day stay. Housekeeping no longer makes the bed...they empty trash and replenish the towels .. Instead of our room being in the newer tower we were placed in the shorter building that needs painting on the outside, insides, hallways. The room was not vacuumed when we checked in nor was it vacuumed in the 5 days we were there. The bathroom needs a good cleaning. The door from the outside parking lot to the inside vending area stays open 24/7 and is propped open with an orange hazard cone...which is very dangerous.. There are dozens of nice and clean hotels on Ocean Blvd that are fairly priced...we will be reserving rooms at the other hotels for our next trip. The shorter tower, which we were placed in, needs a serious makeover inside and outside if they intend to compete with the other hotels on Ocean Blvd.

The hotel is pretty run down. Our balcony door wouldn’t slide and broke when I tried to close it. Bathroom was remodeled. Rest was pretty run down. Elevators were kinda scary. No bathroom at the pool, or towels. No secured entrances, anyone can come and go anytime they please. It was fairly quiet until the weekend came and then good luck sleeping

The view to the ocean was pretty good. The place is like going back to the 90s it was so out dated needs a renovation. Also the beds and blankets are in a desperate need of replacement. Need a better house keeping. Room like it was not vacuum in a long time. I would suggest pay a little more and don't let Expedia trick you with the pictures. The rooms are nothing like what they look on the pictures.

The building stunk like mold, the elevator was very scary to ride, you prayed that you made it to your floor. Half the # ‘s on the elevator to know what floor you were on was gone. To me the building was very in safe.
