"The location is few miles to riverwalk or beach and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately those were the only real positives. The hotel itself felt very outdated, with old carpet and a generally mediocre appearance. The in-room AC unit was loud, and there was constant noise throughout the day from people nearby."

"This property is in a beautiful location, sitting right on the beach and every room has an excellent view of the ocean and the beach. This is an old property and it shows its age. in my view it’s time to upgrade it, however, because every room is owned by individual owners, it’s up to the owners to choose whether to upgrade it or not. All in all it wasn’t bad but when you are paying over $450 a night you kind of expect a little better than ”not bad”, but I guess you’re paying for the view and the convenience of being right on the beach. Staff is really nice and helpful, having parking is really convenient. Having indoor and outdoor pools is also really nice, though don’t expect to have a relaxing time by the pool, there are bunch of screaming kids at the pool all the time."

"This was our first stay in a hotel. The only thing that needs attention is the floors. Our room was clean but the carpet was not. The maid came in our room while we were in there and sprayed the bathroom floor with cleaner swepted it with a broom and wiped it up with a towel! But the people that worked at the desk was very sweet and helpful, made us feel welcomed!"

"Outside seating area was amazing, live musician playing at night made it quite enjoyable! Rooms were rooms. Suite was nice since it had a fridge. Wish the regular rooms did, but easy to get to local places. Lovely stay!"

"This hotel was beautiful! It has a great location and we loved that it was right on the beach. They have a shuttle that will take you wherever you want to go so you don’t have to drive—we really liked that. We had an oceanfront room and loved our view. I do think the hotel is pricey but it’s worth it for everything you get. The food at the restaurant was just ok. We had much better meals at other local restaurants: Oceanic, Blueberry’s grill, Eternal Sunshine Cafe and Bluewater Grill."

"The room very clean beautiful scenery and didn't have to worry about carrying a key . They had a key pad with a code. I thought that was neat. The kitchen had the basic things you needed. The staff very friendly and nice and very helpful. 3 floor but the down fall was no elevator. They have a few restaurants in walking distance and it's close to the pier. It's a old looking place but looks can be deceiving ,very very nice I would stay again"
