"We stayed 1 night , had a concert to go to at Mohegan Sun. The room was CLEAN and functional. Breakfast was great . The hotel offered a free shuttle to and from our event at Mohegan. Highly recommend!"

"Loved the location. Very convenient to Mystic Seaport and Mystic town. Free shuttle from the museum to town was very convenient - BUT you need a smart phone or you cannot get a ticket. Loved the pool at the hotel. Room spacious and comfortable with balcony to sit out on. Very helpful staff with great recommendations for restaurants. Only disappointment was breakfast. Phone and order and it is delivered to your room. It is OK if you have a light appetite. First morning we had a piece of coffee cake and a muffin but second morning only had one muffin to share. comes with tea or coffee, two bananas and two mandarin oranges. Would also be nice to have a fridge but there was an ice machine with plastic bags. No phones in the rooms."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Whalers inn. The location is perfect- just a stone throw away from the mystic high street full of shops cafes and restaurants. The staff were so helpful- especially Joe who arranged to retrieve an earring I lost down the sink the day I was checking out and posted it to my next destination."
