Our stay at Eileen of Mystic was one of the highlights of our New England road trip. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but it was absolutely beautiful and the effort and care the owners Erin and Josh put into the every detail was evident. I’d love to return in the future for a longer stay for more opportunity to relax at this lovely property and explore the charming surrounding area further!

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was yummy and Erin & Josh were very welcoming. Our room and the B&B were beautiful decorated and clean. Our only recommendation for improvement would be that the mattress was very firm.

This was a very pleasant surprise and a gem. The proprietors are artists and each room is unique, filled with special objects or art and furniture. The wonderful aroma of the gorgeous wood floors and fireplace transport you to a place calmness and serenity.

Autumn Visit

Our short stay was absolutely wonderful! White beloved soaps in the shower and balsam soap at the sink… the breakfast choices were lovely and delicious and it was wonderful watching leaves fall like rain through such an old window in the breakfast room. Thank you Josh and Erin!!!

The Eileen is so charming. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh and many choices. The only down side was that the shower was a bit chilly. We will definitely return. It’s a short drive to downtown Mystic

The couple who run this inn, Erin and Josh, have done a beautiful job renovating the 1700s farm house into an atmosphere of quiet, and rustic beauty. Everything about the inn, inside and out, has been done with careful artistic taste. A lovely antidote to the noisy, busy modern world.
