"Stale beer and cigarettes is all I smelled the moment I stepped out of my vehicle and it didn't get better when I stepped inside the unit. I left and booked somewhere else...."

"It was a nice hotel for what we needed was clean nice bagel breakfast. The yogurt bar was awesome."

"We had the presidential suite which thought it was going to be nice and clean. Well the tables by the beds were filthy dirty like it wasn’t even cleaned in the room. The price was expensive and they had trrrible breakfast that you had to pay overpriced for in the morning. Not recommended."

"Clean room. Breakfast not "curated," just normal continental fare. Ice machines not indicated on emergency map plan on door. After fruitless ice hunt, had to ask at front desk. Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"The photos make the hotel appear far nicer than it actually is. It seems to be in the middle of upgrades and renovations, which may explain some of the issues. The elevator’s handrail was damaged and lying on the floor. In my room, the bathroom door was discolored with white spots, the tub was dirty, and the sink drained poorly. The closet was also unclean, and several TV channels did not work. That said, the bed was comfortable, and I had no trouble falling asleep. Breakfast, however, did not live up to the descriptions. If you just want to rest your head, then it's a place for you but if you need the ambiance and appeal, keep scolling."

"The hotel is always near and clean for our stays. A few things were a bit off the usual experiences. A desk employee on the 12th was a bit unprofessional when we inquired if our room was ready. The person who checked us in when our room was ready was great. The pool was cold on the second day due to new water added. Tried to get breakfast to go this morning from the Iron no one ever came to take our order despite a gentleman telling us someone would be over. Overall our experiences have been very good here but not quite hitting the mark on this trip. "

"forgot credit card at front desk at check in. was never notified while there. Drove an hour back to get card and was told they didnt have access to it. Called next day, card is now missing. Left cell and info (which they already had) and asked for manager to call me back asap. Never got a call. will never stay there again."
