"Breakfast was very good"

"Our room had a foul odor even though everything looked clean. connecting door was opened in the middle of the night by other guest, sink hot water valve didn’t work properly. The staff was very friendly and the area was nice."

"They have a great hotel never been dissatisfied I have stayed their several times and will keep going back nice rooms very clean"

"Pros: Staff was kind, room was clean and comfortable. Solid breakfast and coffee in lobby. Cons: Our door was hung skew so while it closed and locked, the wider opening at the bottom made it so we heard every peep in the hallway. And I’m not sure what catastrophe they had to clean up in the bathroom prior to our stay, but the floor was stained with large splashes of what I can only hope was bleach or cleaning fluid."

"It was very expensive for a tiny room containing nothing but a bed and a TV. The photos of the room do not match reality; they used a mirror to make the room look bigger. I regret not having stayed at the Regency Inn—I would have paid much less for a better room."

"Nice place to stay"

"Definitely was expecting something a little less than what we got when pulling up to thd property. But when we got into the room it was really clean and the staff was great. They have free breakfast but very basic. Waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit and yogurt. Also coffee and juice."

"We had bed bugs. Came down to the desk and showed them photos/videos. They said they’d contact us but never did. Asked to speak to manager and was denied. Stay would’ve been fine and if they resolved things this review could’ve been avoided. Shuttle service was down also."
