"Staff at desk was very pleasant and attentive setting us up in a room where we could keep an eye on a moving truck overnight. Also, they made some excellent New Orleans restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t get extra pillows at 7p as room only had one pillow each for me and wife."

"Pet friendly, but pricey, staff was nice. Rooms are very musty and over use of bleach. Lots of rust on metal screw heads and sprinkler fittings. "

"Elevator sounds like it's about to give out. No ice machine could be found on 3rd floor, only coke vending machine. Bed skirt was very stained and looked to have mildew on it. Room was clean and so were most common areas. Bathroom was spotless. Hotel staff were very friendly. There were signs of crime in the area nearby but no issues on the property during our stay. It was quiet in the room and AC unit worked good."
