"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."

The service was exceptional throughout, starting from the security guard at the entrance, Reception, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping, laundry team, and even the sauna and steam staff. Everyone was professional, polite, and always ready to help with a smile."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I asked lots of questions that they had taken away and was grateful for their answers the following day. The service and level of care they provided was really wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and maintained really well, it is a newer property but really does have excellent quality of rooms, food and amenities.
