"Soundproofing is needed for the rooms. We were next door to a large family with crying children and on both nights were woken many times. We had a bad experience with a receptionist. I needed to return to a place in the countryside to pick up a forgotten item, about 25km away. He told us he could arrange private transport. We asked how much. He asked if we wanted a price in euros. We said no, a price in dinars. He told us 60 dinars. We agreed. We waited 30 minutes for the driver. When he arrived the receptionist told us we must pay him up front and asked for 60 euros! Then he made it seem like it was a misunderstanding and pressed us for 60 euros. My husband was very upset. The receptionist said to me “Voyons, Madame, 60 euros ce n’est pas beaucoup d’argent.” We left and found a taxi. It cost us 50 dinar for the ride. "
