"Resort has everything that you can ask for. Great pool options and swim up bars. Beautiful beach access. Good options were pretty good for an all-inclusive. We booked a family-style room and it was the perfect amount of space. We loved our days both on and off the resort."

"this resort was clean, convenient, and comfortable. I traveled with my two teen daughters. the resort and entire area (even off the resort) was very safe. there is a taxi service on the top floor that will arrange transportation anywhere. there is a Marina a short walk from the resort with a cafe/grocery store, restaurants, two ice cream spots, and a couple of small shops. the restaurants are fantastic. book tours through the hotel. we booked one of two tours with an outside company and they tried to sell us on a timeshare. even though it was cheaper, I would have preferred the hotel tour company. the pool was great, especially with the swim up bar option. the food on the resort was ok, but lacked options. the menu was pretty much the same in all three restaurants each day. the beach outside the hotel was nice but the waves were rough when we were there (July). definitely try playa conchal in brasilito (we saw monkeys there) and the beach at las castalinas. both around 20 minutes away by cab. overall the resort was perfect and the staff was unbelievably nice. even the iguanas and evening racoons were polite."

"The room have an amazing beach view. Could use some renovation as; painting, or cleaning the walls and new pillows. The sheets and towels were clean and very well organized. The Staff were amazing, very helpful and always with a smile. Loved taking the shuttle to go down the beach. The hill is very deep so definitely taking a shuttle was helpful. The FOOD was 10/10. so good perfect portion and the best of having inclusive is that we ate whatever we wanted. The drink tasted like juice so getting drunk would be easier if you want that 😅 Costa Rica Unique (a part of the excursion office) staff are so nice! very helpful on explaining what the packages are and what brings. Overall very good for the price and amazing, definitely would recommend to someone!"

"The property was seemingly in the middle of a regular town. Which I found good but know there is no walking to other beaches. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. I’m we found it quite enjoyable. And kudos to the nightly performers!"
