"The hotel did not provide the booked executive room with window and balcony. They instead provided room without window or balcony and there was no ventilation in the room. Please request you to refund for the same. "

"It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking.
The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only.
It's a quiet property with great rooms.
If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor.
