"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with great views of the mountains and the sleeping giant. The hotel is close to the city center and only 10 minutes or so from the airport. However, be careful with the so-called official taxi-drivers. They refuse anyone with credit cards and will try to rob you blind if you ask to use foreign currency, quoting a rate at least twice as much as normal. The good news is that I found out there are Uber operators that quote a fair price at the going rate. The one I used, Nathan, was wonderful- friendly, helpful, and professional, like the Novotel Hotel Nadi staff. The hotel is definitely worth a stay."

"Excellent and efficient Location, service, food, and facilities. Loved that we could walk to other restaurants through the beach for options, but honestly, I preferred eating in Smuggler's cove. I have two suggestions: beach towels and ask customers to pay as they order. "
