"What an excellent stay.
Spa was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sachin, Pooja, Iaphi and Suroj!
Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel.
Good buffet.
All staff amazing. Would love to return."
"The staff was extremely courteous, property and room were clean and spacious. Can walk to the main market in minutes. Quiet place but could watch monastery premises below. Excellent views of the Dhauladhar snow capped mountain peaks and the village below."
"Rooms were pathetic with dirty blankets and toilet flush not working, no proper body wash and body soap. Also toilets were smelling like public toilets, you would not like to stand for more than a minute. So I fought with them to give me another room and cleanliness wise it turned out to be the same… And so I thought this would be it how bad can it get and within few minutes electricity went away and they told me that they are turning on the generator… And after I went away and came back at night there was no watchman and door of property was open. Also office was closed (there was no reception), and I needed a room for my driver, so I called the property manager and waited for 10 mins before someone came and accomodated my driver in any room.
I didnt stayed longer to check, just checked out and cancelled my booking and moved to another hotel the next day."
"The property requires to make sure that ther bathroom facilities are updated with the shower hot water supply and the flush in the toilet. The property needs to improve the range of breakfast options particularly the fruit and cereals.
In General the property is located centrally and the staff are helpful.
If renovations are made this property would be very good for people visiting Vidyanager and Anand"
