The room was exceptionally clean Staff were amazing location was perfect view from the balcony was stunning . Shout out to the hotel duty manager as well as the house keeper . Definitely a 10 out of 10 .

The apartment is nice, big and comfortable. Great sea view. However, during our stay the wifi was not working, so we needed to buy extra internet data to be able to navigate and to organize our trip. It would be great if we could have a 60€ refund to cover this unexpected expense.

The room was fantastic, the location was wonderful, the bed was comfy, and Stavros was an excellent host. We would not stay anywhere else in Tolo after this excellent experience!

Great host, lovely modern room, excellent bed, spotlessly clean. The cleaner worked tirelessly and made the stay really special. Stavros was very helpful and friendly. Amazing view from the balcony and great for breakfast to watch the sun rise.

As a couple we stayed in a deluxe sea view apartment. Ideal for a 5 night stay. The view over Tolo was beautiful. The property is at the top of a steep hill - okay for two 60 year olds (just), but not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Otherwise a good base for Tolo and Nafplio.

Gorgeous view from the balcony. Super clean. Great communication with host. Easy check in. Only possible negatives are that bathroom is very small and kitchen/stovetop a little basic and small. In any case, a lot better than a simple hotel room. Tolo offers small town charm, real feel, with good restaurants/coffee shops/bakeries and nice beaches nearby. It is also close to Napflion if you want more action.

Wow, this hotel is very nice. It’s set up on a hill with an unobstructed view overlooking the beautiful harbor. The balcony is large and has a table and chairs for sitting outside. Inside, there is a small kitchette with dishes, utensils, sink and 2 burner (2 hob) stove. A parking lot is in front of the building. Most importantly, the owner is very nice. I will sing his praises for helping me out when I injured myself; after seeing the doctor, he took me to the pharmacy and to a bakery to get some food for the room. That was incredibly kind. Some things to consider: This property will likely not be suitable for people with physical challenges. The hills in Tolo are steep, and one needs to go up and down the hills to access the beach. Also, there is no elevator in this building.

Stavros the owner is one of a million. He finds always a solution to every question or problem in a second. His engagement to help his costumers is outstanding. Then we didnt mention the beautifull view and the room. Outstanding view and service.

We originally booked our room for 3 days, but enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by 3 more days. We had a lovely suite with a well equipped kitchenette, and an incredible view. We will definitely stay here again.

Bad experience - not recommended

We went for vacation to relax and every day we had to wake up at 7 in the morning because the hotel had to build the ground floor. Unbelievable situation in the summer season when you want to be calm and sleep more but the hotel wants to make more money and does not respect the basics.

Omwille wij reeds voor de 4 de keer naar daar gingen waren we teleurgesteld in de kamer. We kregen een andere kamer dan andere keren en deze was nog ouder en vertoont toch wel wat gebreken. De teleurstelling werd des te groter toen onze vrienden die een week later kwamen( voor de eerste keer) een nieuwe kamer kregen die tiptop in orde was . En zij hadden hetzelfde betaald als wij. Het uitzicht is wel top. Het personeel bestaat uit 1 dame ,Irini genaamd en die verdiend een pluim. Zij onderhoudt en poetst de kamers tiptop . Zij is vriendelijk en weet van aanpakken. Zij werkt keihard en ik vind persoonlijk dat zij niet naar waarde wordt geschat. De keuken is oud en klein. Je beschikt over een kookplaat , koffiezet voor cups,een waterkoker,pan en bestek,glazen, tassen en borden. Je mag ook vragen voor extra's en wat mogelijk is daar zorgen zij voor. Het balkon is wel de parel. Het uitzicht vanaf hier is subliem. Stavros de uitbater is een vriendelijke man die altijd bereidt is om op al je vragen te antwoorden en oplossingen te zoeken waar nodig. Nogmaals de enige teleurstelling was de kamer. Omwille we onszelf toch wel " vaste klant" mogen noemen ondertussen, was het niet fijn om naar een nog oudere kleinere kamer gezet te worden.
