Very efficient check in and the room was spacious and above all quiet. The staff were all kind and helped us with all of our questions. I loved how clean the hotel was and the location was perfect for food nearby and easy access to the Yamanote line. We went all around tokyo easily and had no issues with the location. I will be booking again on future trips to japan as this hotel felt like home.

Excellent visit in every way. Beautiful property in wonderful location. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The property is convenient to the rest of Tokyo but feels like you are removed from the big city. The garden is amazing.

"Beautiful rooms and property. The size of the rooms were fantastic. We had a wonderful stay! I only deducted a star because there’s no room service and some of the vending machines are inside the onsen area, so they aren’t accessible by both men and women on particular days.
