"The hot water didn’t work so we couldn’t take one showers. We missed the hot tub because the kids got cut off at 9 PM, then it didn’t open until 2 o’clock the next day so we didn’t get to use the hot tub at all."

"When stepping into our room there was an off smell, probably from past dogs. They advertised a free breakfast, but definitely did NOT have one. Sink drain didn't operate properly. Extremely noisy rooms, thin walls and squeaky floors. The only good thing was the location."
