"Ok - where do I start! The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect. There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...

"I spent in Aiden's court my first nights in Sri Lanka before moving forward. This is a big 3-rooms house with a full kitchen. Microwave, gas stove and fridge are included as well tableware. There is everything you need for your stay. Is possible to have a deal for airport transfer service with good car and very good price. You only need to ask. Host is very helpful and very nice. "(positives). Brand new international standard hotel, 2 minute taxi ride from the Airport. Beds are great. Walk-in shower is very ‘on trend’. US $50 a night, for a basic room is good value. (could be improved) Add a make-up / shaving light over the bathroom sink’s mirror. Add a fire-exit map on the back of the room door. Add fire/emergency/exit signage in the corridors. Add Snacks/drinks & price list, in the empty mini-bar or Add info about Uber Eats ( as no restaurants in the hotel). (negatives) none."

Excellent view, great pools and wonderful food which was exactly what we needed to end our holiday before heading home. "Location was great with a lot of local shops and eating options. Nice to walk along the beach. Great sea views, lovely pool. Didn't use the gym or eat at the restaurant. Cocktail bar was lovely with sunset views. Very quiet at this time of the year but excellent staff and great value. Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere. Rooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Balcony was lovely."
