The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice location next to the mall. The room service was excellent providing quality service combined with delicious food. All of the staff members at the location from the entrance and throughout the entire building were very friendly, kind, and provided a delightful environment to be around. On my next trip to Kenya, I will be staying here again.

The room was okay. The location was amazing but what made the place? Truly truly excellent was Winfred. The rest of the staff was nice, but Winfred took it to a whole different level she needs to be given a raise a promotion. She needs to be the person teaching everyone customer service. It was extremely professional, informative, friendly. It didn't feel like she was just giving you answers so you can get away. She was actually taking time to look into your problems, solving them and suggesting stuff to make you stay even better. She's amazing

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience after checkout. Day later, I was contacted via WhatsApp by a reservations coordinator claiming I owed additional money for a room upgrade that was never clearly communicated or properly settled during my stay. For a globally recognized brand like Holiday Inn / IHG, I expected professional billing practices and transparent communication. Instead, I received an informal message stating they were “stressed and worried” about the payment — which is not the level of professionalism guests should experience. If there were outstanding charges, they should have been addressed at checkout with a proper, itemized invoice — not pursued afterward through messaging apps. This created unnecessary concern about the legitimacy of the request and reflects poorly on the hotel’s operational standards. Travelers should carefully review their folio before leaving and insist on a final receipt to avoid similar situations. While the location is convenient, the post-stay billing process significantly impacted my overall impression. I hope management improves their communication and accounting procedures so future guests do not experience the same issue.

I had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location inside Two Rivers Mall is very convenient. A special mention goes to Chef Marvin&simon from the restaurant — his dishes were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell he truly cares about his craft. Also, Flarence & rincant provided excellent service; she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my meals.

this is the best hotel in Kenya, above 5 stars. After 25 hours of flight, I had changed 2 hotels , both 5 stars but noisy and unclean, I then came to HolidayInn. The location is very convinient, a mall right next to it, and the hotel is clean, modern, most importantly, the staffs are wonderful, very helping and caring, Felix at front desk went above and beyond to support customers needs. I will definitely recommend all my colleagues and friends to stay at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers! This is really the best hotel in Kenya!
