Staff is very friendly and professional, the facility is in a great location, tucked away under nice natural surroundings.
The toilet and shower were disgusting and badly needed repair. Shower had stagnant water which attracted mosquitoes .
The water from the sink was brown and scary. I did not dare use it.
The rooms without balconies feel dark and creepy.
The food could be improved.
