This was our second stay at Hotel Niwa as we were so impressed the first time. We have also sent other travelling friends to stay here when in Tokyo.
This hotel has everything! Great location - close to lots of shopping, restaurants and train stations. Great staff - will help you with whatever you need with the friendliest service. Lovely quiet room, relax room with massage chairs, outdoor patio areas and lots of laundry machines if needed.
We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tokyo - you won’t be disappointed!

Our stay was perfect - I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. I checked out twice - paid my bill the night before leaving and next morning the day we left. We had a light in-room breakfast since we left early. A couple of days later I received an e-mail from room service asking me for 36.000 extra yens that they forgot to charge me. I am still on vacation but I think that this is very unprofessional from their part. That is not good customer service at all specially for the price I paid !

Excellent location and well staffed hotel with many appropriate amenities for the western traveller.
Asakusa View Hotel/Rokku Annex is located in the Asakusa district of Tokyo with all Asakusa's attractions (shopping, food) within walking distance.
The staff in general were very helpful and prompt, I wish the hotel staff would be more timely with cleaning rooms (ours always felt like the last to be cleaned) and that dietary restrictions were catered for(or thought of) at breakfast - we ate all meals outside the hotel.
