Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again.

"展望二訳ありで広い部屋にしたけど、1階で若干施設の設備も見えましたが、海も見えて良かったです。 部屋も清潔でした。朝食はバイキングで、オリーブ牛丼とお刺身の漬け丼などもあって美味しかったです。強いて言うなら、フルーツがあればうれしかったです。"

"海からすぐで海の家に泊まったようで波の音が聞こえて落ち着きました 建物は木造なので、傷んだらもするのでしょうが、トイレは綺麗で細やかな気遣いを感じました。スタッフの方も優しくてとても良かったです 秋と夏にも来たいなと思いました"
