"View was magnificent as were the staff, faultless and focussed on your comfort and enjoyment. Breakfast first class and dinner buffet equal to any I have experienced over 40 years of travelling. Room was huge and the only noise was from the balcony and the boats on the river. I was asked to comfort on anything that would make my stay more enjoyable and within a couple of hours everything I raised was addtessed. Top marks for that."

"The hotel has a charm about it that some would call dated, it all comes down to personal taste, I like the traditional aesthetic. The staff faultless, helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Tan on the concierge for helping me take apart a brush to fit in my suitcase, outside his remit, but he was only to happy to help. Housekeeping discreet and efficient and we made full use of the complimentary shuttle boat service. Would I stay again 100% yes. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfortable. "
