My boyfriend and I just got back and we’re already counting down until we can return. From check-in, the staff went above and beyond — everyone was so sweet, and it felt like 5-star Michelin treatment the whole stay.
Our room was cleaned twice a day with a lovely turndown service — cute notes and sweets left on the bed every night. The room had a beautiful outdoor shower and bathtub, perfect for a romantic touch. When our TV had an issue, staff replaced it immediately. Free water was restocked daily.
Breakfast was incredible — so many options, but we couldn’t get enough of the fried rice and bihun goreng plus made-to-order coffee included free. It kept us full until dinner! Room service was also quick and delicious.
Can’t recommend Kamandalu enough. We’ll be back!

Very private and relaxing villa! Beautiful landscaping. The property is located right across the street from the beach. Breakfast was cooked for us every morning in our villa and it was delicious. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Can't say enough great things about Alaya Suites and their hotel staff! The hotel's design is beautifully modern and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I especially loved how clean the hotel is, their impeccable customer service and friendly staff, and the overall experience was the highest quality in Bali! Highly recommend Alaya Suites in Ubud!
