"Dirty beds, bedsheets and bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathroom was leaking and dirty with spiders and spiderwebs. Room is like a jail, no windows. It was a horrible experience. I advise travellers to stay at Hatton and travel to Nallandeniya on time to clime Adam's peak."

"To give the benefit of doubt to the property we checked in on Christmas Day and checked out the next day. The access road to the property was a narrow and steep dirt road that was quite difficult to drive on. Hopefully this is only a temporary situation. "It was a bit far from the downtown area. But not an issue for us because we have a driver. They have driver's room, but not at the same place. It was one of the best stay for us in the 2 weeks trip.
