"The 3 BEDROOM HOUSE THAT I RENTED HAD A PROBLEM, WHEN IT RAINED AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS A PUDLE OF WATER FORMED. COULD NOT TELL WHERE THE WATER CAME FROM IT APEARED TO BE SEAPING THROUGH THE WALL.
