"The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment. Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there arenโ€™t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet been furnished. If youโ€™re looking for a quiet beach getaway where you can simply relax, this is a good place to stay. However, if you want to experience local food and the local nightlife, I would recommend staying on the mainland instead."

"Definitely worth getting a bungalow or upgrading to one which I did! The room was spacious, well kept, and the bathroom was glorious. It really did make my stay extra special. Huge resort which made it feel very open and peaceful. The beach is a hidden gem and all facilities well maintained (apart from a lack of airconditioning in the gym!) Buffet breakfast was fairly standard but fresh. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. "
