"チェックイン・アウトの時間がエクスペディア掲載と後から届くメッセージとで違います。チェックアウトが遅れると1時間につき追加料金がかかると言われましたが、正確な時間がわからず混乱しました。建物は古いですが、部屋は清潔感がありました。マイクロファイバーのバスタオルとフェイスタオルがベッド台数分ありました。洗濯機は乾燥までできますが、かなり時間はかかりました。何故か柔軟剤だけ置いてあります。キッチンにはフライパンやまな板、包丁、その他キッチンツールがあり、皿もあります。テレビでYouTubeが視聴できたので、子供たちも楽しそうでした。"

"This hotel is very conveniently located by Narita station. It's only one stop from the airport but there are a lot of restaurants and bars to walk to. A 15 min walk down Omotesando street, which has many shops and restaurants, brings you to Naritasan park. We got a twin room and even though everything was nicely appointed in the small room, the beds were very bad. You could feel the rails below your body; the mattress was not good. A huge perk they did have was right when we were about to leave the room at 10am, the TV popped on to let us extend checkout to 1:00pm for a small fee. Since out flight was in the evening, this really helped. Everything else, besides the bed, was very nice. We didn't use the on-site onsen because of tattoos and not wanting to go naked."

"Rooms are very large by Japanese standards, with plenty of room to open suitcases etc, and nice views. Windows have floor to ceiling sliding blackout boards, which helps to stop plane noise. Beds are supremely comfortable. Reception and public areas are quite palatial. Fine breakfast with food to suit most tastes. Good hotel shuttle bus service, with full size coaches, and 30minute frequency through most of the day. Good value for money and fully recommended for a very pleasant stay."
