"Excellent and pleasant staff, overall nice hotel "

"the hotel is 5.4 miles from downtown. THe country was experiencing Load Shedding (Power outages) so they said they had a back up system, but could only turn it on, if we committted. Moved to upscale hotel, and even with their back up system... no aircon would go on, even with the back up. Stoneridge would have been worse, and with blackouts all around given its distance outside the city."

"Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). "Very nice clean room, staff were nice. Great location, shopping malls in walkable distance, easy access to downtown. Place consists of several buildings some of which dont have hot water so you may need to go to another building if seeking a hot shower. Great restaurant onsite and self catering kitchen available "
