A really great family hotel in the heart of Hakone. It’s very clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and the kids can enjoy free access to Yunessun (the onsen water park next door). Richmond Hotel Yokohama Ekimae
Easy 5 minute walk from Yokohama station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only complaint is there are only 2 lifts which are quite slow at busy times.
