Correct mais mauvaise communication

L'hôtel est correct et plutôt bien placé. Un Leclerc ''contact'' juste a côté pour dépanner quelques courses. Le centre ville pas trop loin. En revanche quand une famille demande un lit bébé c'est qu'elle en a besoin. On nous a proposé un simple matelas ce qui n'est pas possible avec notre fille de 18 mois. Pour une nuit de sommeil on repassera. Dommage, le reste était plutôt correct.

Le sejour ne s'est pas fait a cause d'une panne de train et TGV raté. L'établissement est inhumain.Ne veulent pas rembourser ni meme reporter mon sejour ( 5 jours ). Les nuits etaient non remboursable mais là,c'est un cas particulier !!! Je ne réserverais plus chez eux et je vous le déconseille.Anti-commercial. A FUIR

Un excellent rapport qualité prix

Très agréablement surprise par rapport aux commentaires laissés. Le studio était spacieux, très fonctionnel, propre ,calme bien qu étant côté rue . Le seul petit bemol était qu il n y avait personne à la réception mais toutes les instructions pour récupérer les clés ont été envoyées par mail et sms. Cela serai plus gênant en cas de problème mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Le plus ,un parking gratuit , fermé, en communication avec la residence Je suis satisfaite de cet apparthotel et je le recommanderai

Très bof, je ne recommande pas !

Très décevant ! Contrairement à ce qu'on peut lire dans le descriptif, il n'y a ni accueil, ni service de garde des bagages (avant l'heure officielle ni après le départ). Les chambres ne sont pas numérotées, pour trouver la mienne, c'était un peu au hasard. Les plaques électriques dans la cuisine ne fonctionnaient pas. Enfin, (en juin) il y faisait une chaleur étouffante.

Excellente solution d'hébergement

Appartement spacieux pour 1 personne, wifi excellent. Très propre, accueil excellent. Place de parking personnelle dans un espace fermé accessible via un portail à ouvrir par un bip. À l'intérieur, escaliers et ascenseur. Toilettes, douche et évier fonctionnent avec un système qui ressemble à un sanibroyeur, seul inconvénient car bruyant, il faut donc éviter de s'en servir très tard ou très tôt par égards pour les voisins. À 15-20 minutes à pieds des points touristiques principaux, c'est faisable. Ligne bus dans la rue.

catastrophique

Studio relativement grand mais pas accueillant et surtout très limite au niveau hygiène. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain/WC, une catastrophe. Petit lit! La télévision il faut l'oublier, une seule chaine de disponible, quelque soit la touche appuyée sur la télécommande, c'est la même chaîne !!!! Bref, hébergement à déconseiller! Seul point positif : Repartir le lendemain matin ! Un vrai point positif c'est quand on part de ce lieu.
