"Everything in our room that could break was broken, including the shower door, towel rack, kettle, and window latches. Even the cups were chipped, and one of the entrance keys we were given didn't work. Even though we were in a double room, we had to request a second towel on 2/3 days we stayed there. ..."

"Brand new hotel, awesome looking outside and so disappointed inside. The reciption is situated in lobby, who looked like an aquarium, too hot and no fresh air.
