"ホテル周辺は山の方だったので、夜は街灯が少なく運転に気を付けて下さい。冬だったので、暗くて少し怖かったです。家族旅行で素泊まりでしたが、スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、客室も綺麗に清掃されておりました。温泉も広くて、温度もちょうど良く6歳の娘も大喜びでした。打ち上げ花火も素晴らしかったです!"

"We love staying at this hotel, looking forward to coming back. Every staffs service is better than lots of other 5star hotels. "The host was responsive And helpful! Overall it was a good stay except for some items...The room was much smaller than in the pictures. The shower head was super strong and hArd to use. The floor in the place was not the cleanest (hair and dust everywhere)."
