Nuit horrible a cause de la chaleur et de l absence de clim. Pourtant la chambre est sympa avec un espace nuit en montant un escalier et sejour cuisine sdb en bas. A eviter l ete tant qu il n y a pas de clim. Sinon c est tout a fait ok.

Nice no frills hôtel. Nice Little kitchenette, warm shower, large bed. Simple but good breakfast. The coffee machine is probably the we got so far on this trip. Hotel has no parking but there is nearby parkade at 22 Euro per day and complicated to access either by car or on foot.

Couple passing by to see the family. Place is god value for the money. In the midst of being revamped...once completed, it will be even better. Well located, walking distance to most places and even a tram to get you wherever you want to go.

The property was in a good location for my stay. There is a car park near by, but please be careful on Saturday's as there is a market on the upper part and they will tow your car away if it is on this part. Cheap enough, clean enough for a short stay and we were pleasantly suprised by the facilities in the room, although no hairdryer.

L’expérience appart hôtel à 2 est très réussie avec l’option petit déjeuner inclus. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et très souriant. L’appartement est bien équipé et plutôt spacieux. Idéalement situé dans une rue calme, proche d’un beau marché et d’une station de tram. Cela permet d’aller partout dans Nantes à pied ou en transport. Stationnement payant en semaine dans tout Nantes.

Good hotel for the price. light refurbishment ongoing (painting). Kitchen and bathroom need to be updated. Kitchen corner was not clean.
