Good location. Room was relatively clean. Staff were polite an helpful. Air conditioning barely worked and the afternoon sun made the room exceedingly hot.

The facility was clean but the welcome by the staff was only so-so. We had asked about some sights in town and were given only vague locations - like we should know the area. We did not feel we were welcomed as guests of the hotel and the city. And then the bathroom: the sink is absolutely the worst possible design. It does not empty because is does not have a sloping design from the sides so everything sits in the sink visible and is disgusting. In addition, it did not drain well down the drain. Asked for someone to come by to fix it and no one showed up. Finally, no parking - even to register. Parking structure recommended was 3 blocks away and we had to pay for.

Best receptionist in france 🇫🇷!!

Great location. Pain for parking BUT Emily on reception was absolutely SUPERB. Super helpful, super efficient. Quite brilliant. Should be in top top class hospitality, wasted in this nice, but small time hotel!

Hôtel décevant, malgré les 4 étoiles affichées. Il faut sonner pour entrer 24/24 et attendre que quelqu'un se donne la peine de venir ouvrir. Chambre simplissime. Emplacement excellent dans le quartier piétonnier de la ville où se trouve une multitude de bars et restaurants.

Sympa mais sans doute sur côté Le petit déjeuner en particulier m'a semblé hors de prix pour manger dans une salle sans lumière, sans confort, avec un buffet quasiment sans choix. La clim un peu faible, je me suis même demandée si elle était en marche. Pas d'espace commun pour travailler et absolument pas de place pour le faire dans la chambre. Maintenant les points positifs: la déco, l'emplacement, la literie, la douche. Super bien isolé,.je n'ai rien entendu de l'extérieur.

En déplacement pro, j’ai été ravie de mon séjour. Le cadre magnifique et bâtiment avec une histoire. L’équipe aux petits soins du début à la fin. Décevant pour un 4 étoiles! Pas d’eau à notre arrivée et on ne nous a pas informé de la situation…on s’en rend compte en arrivant dans la chambre! Propreté douteuse. Bref assez d’insatisfaction pour quitter et demander un remboursement à Expédia dès le lendemain matin alors que nous devions y séjourner 3 nuits. Le processus de remboursement s’est bien passé avec Expedia.

Pas top pour un 4 étoiles

Tres surprise par cet hotel avec 4 etoiles. Il baigne un peu dans son jus. Le personnel est néanmoins tres sympa. Petit dejeuner pas a la hauteur du prix. Pas de bouteille d eau, ni de thé dans les chambres. Electricité à revoir Thé et café Accessibles dans le lounge du bas. Bien situé mais je ne recommande pas pour un 4 étoiles
