Staff was friendly and professional but area was a dump, situated between Easy 8 and motel 6. Had transients walking around the area throughout the day. I don’t know that I would stay here again due to location.

Hey David! I am wondering if this is the correct hotel you are trying to leave a review for as we are not in an entirely bad area, just next to a shopping center. Even though there is not much hotels can do about cities having transients, we do not allow non guests to be on property. Please reach out if you have any additional concerns.

It was very quiet despite being right off a busy road. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated, and while the buildings have some dated architecture, it's nothing that impacts the quality of our stay. The beds were good, and we loved that the room heat/air was easy to turn off. The only gripe I had was that the hot tub was tepid at best. It had strong jets, but it would have been nice if it was warmer!

The property was super clean and very nice. The rooms were nicer then the hotel I should in at San Francisco. The check in staff when I are was knowledgeable, approachable, professional but overall very nice. She gave us such a warm welcome I wis everyone would take a page out her book and learned how to treat guest. I would definitely come back to this Inn if I return to Napa.

Nicely renovated and quiet for sleeping… staff very prompt and willing to help… probably the only Best Western we’ve enjoyed this trip…

All ok except internet out upon arrival with no back up plan. Hallway to rooms smelled profusely of underarm deoderant to the point of being obnoxious.

Hey Steven! I am so sorry you had to deal with the short term Wi-Fi outage. Comcast was behind the ordeal and when that goes down there is no alternative! Fortunately that rarely happens. Thank you for choosing us and we hope to see you again soon!

Was in town for 4 days to attend a funeral, and the staff at the hotel was wonderful, the check-in was quick and easy, the room was neat and clean, and the condition of the facility was excellent.

Last minute solo get away
It was a last minute reservation fora spontaneous solo get away and everything went smoothly. I was concerned it was going to be loud but it was not. It was clean. Good customer service. Very pleased

Room was always cold because door seal was not doing its job. Rooms are clean and very Nice. But what was not working for me was that i had to have the heater on. To feel comfortable with temperatures outside of 50° or at times lower.

Bed was nice and firm. all was very quiet, just needed to turn off the fan at night because too noisy. check in was a bit slow, due to 4 people arriving at the same time. One checker was very attentive and apologized for the waiting, the other appeared maybe tired, and a bit slow. Overall, would definitely to again. Had a hard time finding it, because the Best Western sign was small, and all we could see was Huckleberry. Perhaps in the ad, writing that it is one and the same builidng. thank you

We had an excellent stay for a wine-country adventure. Our room was great, very clean and modern. Parking was easy, the area seemed very safe and secure. The staff was so friendly and helpful, check in and check out was a breeze. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and our room was very spacious. There is a Target and lots of chain restaurants nearby, and it is a short Uber ride or drive downtown. This hotel is located next to a busy intersection, so be aware of road noise of cars accelerating and braking. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

I booked 7 rooms for my co-workers and myself for a couple of days of team-building in Napa. Everyone said their rooms were clean, quiet,and comfortable. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. Many hotels have not returned to daily cleaning. I would highly recommend this affordable, modest hotel
