Booked at Beach Front but moved to Shoreline next door. Properties in area appeared either closed for winter or had long term residents. Propery was clean and tidy on entry but appeared a little tired

We were in Napier when Cyclone Gabrielle hit so it's difficult to judge the hotel. Room service was clearly disrupted by the storm and we had no power for most of the stay! However we thought the motel was in an excellent location, the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend any visitor to Napier to consider the Beach Front Motel for their accommodation - cyclones permitting!!!!

They were short of staff so room service was not done which was fine by us but we left our full rubbish bin outside to be changed but that was never done for the whole 2 days of our stay. Apart from that, everything was perfect
