The property would have been excellent except, we prefer the use of a toaster, microwave and crockery, which was not supplied. There was no area to prepare anything but a cup of tea/ coffee. Other than that the stay was great: the location central, clean tidy with lovely staff and bed comfortable to our liking.

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk staff who checked us in was welcoming, but the front desk hours are very limited. The hotel is a little dated but not bad and is still in good shape. The art in the stairwells and hallway is cool and was a nice touch.

No Sky Tv or steaming tv ,microwave, real milk. No parking big problem The bathroom so old needs replacing. Shower head hit head on i am not tall guy. Carpet starting rip in places stains bathroom floor and light cover broken in bathroom. Cheap Hotel hasn't been update for 20 years. Bed and pillow not great old. Only good for one night.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Easy check-in process. Limited front desk coverage. There is a luggage storage area but no one available at 10:00 AM to open it to lock up our luggage while we waited the 2 hours for the intercity bus.

Very clean, although I did notice a patch of carpet and some skirting boards were a bit dirty...only if pretending to be an hotel inspector. It would have been better to have a vanity in the shower room, rather than a basin. No where to put anything. Good value and right in the town centre. Note that the entrance is on Tennyson Street.

We stayed on the Saturday for the Art Deco festival. We were greeted by a very lovely lady on reception who couldn't have been more welcoming. We were very lucky that we got to check in early as our room just happened to be ready. The room was a great size, clean and comfortable. All in all, great value for money and well exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and will look at booking again for next year's festival.

I feel very fortunate to have come across this gem of a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and very quiet. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly as are the ladies who service the rooms. It is ideally situated close to the main shopping area.
