Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid This Apartment! This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for the apartment in advance, but never received the check-in instructions or the information needed to access the property. As a result, I was completely unable to check in or stay in the apartment I had already paid for. Imagine arriving at your accommodation only to discover that you have no way to get inside and no proper instructions to help you. It was incredibly frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. When someone pays for accommodation, the bare minimum is to provide the information necessary to actually access it. I paid for a service that I never received. This is an absolute failure of customer service and management. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this apartment to think twice. You risk wasting your money and being left stranded without a place to stay. Completely unacceptable. I would never book here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We booked a triple room via Expedia, but they tried to extort €25 for our third guest. We also paid extra for a "garden view" but got a view of a garage and scaffolding. Finding the place is hard because the advertised front desk doesn't exist; there was just a sign telling us to use WhatsApp. Even worse, the key lockbox to the main hallway was left wide open, which is a massive security risk. We only got inside because we ran into some French tourists who were also stranded outside. The hotel had ignored all of their initial calls, but they finally got a WhatsApp reply after multiple tries. When we tried calling the same number, the staff literally screamed in Italian and slammed the phone down because we only speak English. Ten minutes after getting in, a woman came to our door screaming "PAGAR" for the city tax. While the tax is mentioned on Expedia, the booking never stated it had to be paid in cash. She refused to use Google Translate or look at our booking details. We told her we would find an ATM and pay at 9:00 PM, but she showed up at 8:00 PM aggressively banging on our door and yelling. We tried to contact the boss to resolve this, but they completely ignored us. To top it all off, there was absolutely no hot water in the morning right before we had to run and catch a flight. We couldn't even shower. This place is a scam and the staff are aggressively hostile. Expedia needs to take this listing down immediately.

Var litt vanskelig med kommunikasjon da all kommunikasjon foregikk på italiensk, Ellers var jeg fornøyd og ble et døgn ekstra. Litt støy fra flyplassen, men det må man regne så nære flyplassen. Renslig og ryddige forhold.
